1999 - Acquired three businesses from GTE's Government Systems group, providing capabilities in information assurance, land communication and networking, as well as additional signal processing, applications and decision support.

2003 - Acquired the IT Services division of Veridian as well as Creative Technology Incorporated, increasing capabilities in network engineering, integration, software development, operations and technical consulting.

2006 - Acquired FC Business Systems, Inc., adding extensive credentials in enterprise network services, including information assurance, information security, network engineering, and software application development and integration. Acquired Anteon, providing systems integration, strategy and program management, systems engineering, operations services, and simulation and training solutions.

2008 - Acquired ViPS, Inc., enhancing healthcare technology solutions including data management, analytics, decision support and process automation.

2011 - Acquired Vangent Holding Corp., providing healthcare IT and business systems solutions. Acquired Network Connectivity Solutions, Corp., delivering enterprise services and cloud computing capabilities.

2015 - Acquired ARMA Global Corporation, growing capabilities in C4ISR, mission support and logistics. Launched General Dynamics Health Solutions to address growth in the health market and more effectively differentiate health solutions and services.
