Seeking an opportunity to bring your 'A' Game and showcase your stellar Service Desk skills?

Do you possess an 'Active' TS/with SCI?

Do you possess (6)-plus years of Sr. Level Helpdesk Analyst experience?

- Do you have a demonstrated track record of Helpdesk and Service Desk accomplishments, grit and confidence; propelling you to provide solid direction to staff members, regarding operational issues?

- Are you experienced being responsible for staff scheduling and coverage for the Service Desk hours?

- Do you possess flexibility to perform agent activities when necessary – handle customer calls/web submits?


Work with the Service Desk Trainer to recommend and create training opportunities. Work with the Knowledge Management Team to provide up-to-date procedures and knowledge for personnel and operations of the Service Desk. Promote teamwork and skill sharing between other groups and the Service Desk teams.

Provide administrative and functional support for personnel activities such as time keeping, performance reviews, counseling, and hiring.

Security+ clearance and a TS/SCI required
