Job Description

Provide support services for Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) PAC in software engineering work. Includes the software and system engineering in the implementation of 4 Interface Change Proposals (ICPs) in the Multi-Link System Test and Training Tool (MLST3) . The MLST3 is the single common tool for the acquisition, design, testing, and training in the certification of data link implementation on all Navy platforms. Candidate will be responsible for the systems engineering and software coding of the MLST3 written in ANSI C++ code. MLST3 was developed for years in testing Link 16, but there are new protocols that must be implemented to meet the requirments of modern warfare - and modern data links. Candidate will be responsible for the implementation of new protocols in the 4 ICPs.
