Job Description

Join the team of men and women that solve some of the world’s most complex technical challenges. GDIT is seeking a Senior Trainer with Air Force ISR experience to join the GDIT on potential new work at Lackland AFB, VA.

  • Conduct relevant, realistic, and rigorous training events to train 625 OC staff.
  • Produce products to inform leadership, capture relevant metrics, and provide educational materials for future use.
  • Design and develop information management processes for large, multinational, and interagency training events.
  • Coordinate with 625 OC leadership to develop, write, and integrate command and staff observations of strengths and weaknesses, discussions, recommendations, and best practices related to the selected training objectives.
  • e whether or not a Commander’s objectives were met and discuss key observations, findings, and recommendations for tasks that require further training.
  • Provide out-briefs and AARs.
  • Use Instructional System Development (ISD) methodology for complete training lifecycle management and implementation.
  • Design all training comparable Air Force Job Qualification Standard (AFJQS) format as governed by AF Instruction (AFI)36-2201, Volumes 1-6, and AFI 36-2233.
  • Evaluate, and certify TDL analysts for 625 OC.
  • Optimize and execute unit operational training plans for personnel certification, and, in an instance where none exist, create new training plans for areas such as Data Link, CID, and JICC.
  • The training plans shall include provisions for accomplishing training both during standard work days and shift work hours as required.
  • Identify additional unit specific training requirements, as required.
  • Coordinate onboarding of new unit personnel; assign applicable training plan(s), track personnel progress, and milestone achievements.
  • Develop training plans shall be efficiently incorporated into a comparable JQS format for each identified AFSC.
  • Compile all applicable DOD and IC training materials for all IT/CT training programs and perform course review and updates quarterly.
  • Develop, coordinate, integrate, and train Concept of Operations (CONOP)and TTPs for the effective operational fielding, expansion, and application of integrated CID source information.
  • Support onsite and virtual training to supported data link/C2 device operators on the designing, implementing, and optimizing of C2 hardware and software.
  • Coordinate onboarding of new unit personnel; assign applicable training plan(s), track personnel progress, and milestone achievements.
  • Collaborate, develop TTPs and integrate government selected products (software and hardware) and sources into analysis and data links systems.

Required Qualifications:

Min of 5 years training experience

TS/SCI Clearance

Shift work may be required

Desired certification:  AETC Master Trainer
