Job Description

Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area with annual revenues of $10M and above. The successful candidate will serve as the on-site program manager for a large government training program.

1. Demonstrated experience managing a program of 200+ personnel

2. Demonstrated experience scheduling resources against specific requirements and direct positive engagement on a daily basis with the customer.

3. Exception and engaged leadership

4. Demonstrated ability to identify risks and areas for improvement combined with resulting actions and accomplishments in these areas.

Required:

  • TS/SCI with poly
  • 7 years program management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Desired:

  • Operational certification or demonstrated experience directly supporting operational work
  • Experience with training programs, either as an instructor or manager
  • Experience managing programs for 600+ contractors/personnel
