This position does not require autonomous decision making, but is transactional in nature, however the AA will have enough autonomy to notify the customer of issues that need to be resolved, such as training and travel resource restraints and scheduling conflicts. The contractor will respond to sponsor requests for logistical support, such as: (1) scheduling weekly flights for contractors on Sponsor chartered flights to/ from the field and staying abreast of the scheduling changes and flight guidance to passengers; (2) coordinating the training schedule for contractors to acquire requisite qualifications prior to deployment; and (3) Ensuring contractors have latest guidance and necessary travel documents completed and turned in for deployment. The contractor who fills this position will need to be detail oriented and able to stay on top of a large roster of contractors deploying and returning from deployment.
The AA must possess strong verbal and written communications skills in order to interact with various components of the Sponsor, both in WMA and in the field, but the contractor will not need to give briefings or presentations. The contractor will work 4 hours per day, 20 hours per week, for a total of 930 hours (.5 FTE) for the year. The group is flexible on the schedule otherwise, with the expectation that core hours will fall between 6 AM - 6 PM. The AA will not be required to do any lifting nor to travel to other buildings or overseas.

This position requires basic proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office. Prior Sponsor experience is not required. The AA is not required to train or supervise others.
