We’re looking for an Manager, Employee Referral Program that will enhance and shape a best-in-class Employee Referral Program that will fuel our recruiting strategy while working closely with Talent Acquisition leaders and GDIT business leaders. You will innovate and drive process changes with a program that drastically impacts our ability to grow and scale. You will use unconstrained and innovative thinking to infuse diversity and inclusion strategies into our Employee Referral Program.

A Day in the Life:

  • Develop an innovative referral program using research in the latest referral and recruitment trends
  • Align employee referral strategy to the demands of the business.  Partner with the business and Talent Acquisition to identify key talent needs to develop our referral strategy.
  • Ownership of Employee Referral Program communications, branding, events, and tools
  • Leverage opportunities to develop quality employee referrals
  • Manage promotions and campaigns for ‘hard to fill’ roles needed to drive our pipeline
  • Develop an effective pipeline of key referrals to feed to sourcers and recruiters
  • Actively manage Key Performance Indicators by developing and analyzing key metrics to ensure referral goals are met and/or exceeded

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of progressive talent mobility experience
  • Strong customer service and project management skills
  • Demonstrated track record of driving internal marketing and communication campaigns
  • Comfortable communicating and presenting at all levels to various audiences
  • Excellent written, communication and organization skills
  • A passion for our employees and delivering support
  • An ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of the organization
  • An understanding of the sense of urgency around staffing in the IT services industry
  • Team player, collaborative, accountable for delivering for the team
  • Must be willing to provide a business case presentation during interview process
