  • Assist physical movement and inventory of IT equipment.
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
  • Provides some end-user software and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions.
  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
