Job Description

Position description:

Provide data entry and operational support for a Human Services related case management program. Work as part of a larger data team that is involved in all aspects of program management from individual case tracking through program reporting and operational planning and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting program data capture through monitoring an operational email account and a SharePoint based case tracking system including creating and tracking time sensitive case records and task requests.
  • Monitoring program staff data entry, updating and validating case records as necessary.
  • Routing of work materials to appropriate staff or stakeholders.
  • Monitoring staff workloads and re-assigning cases as needed.
  • Archiving program data and retrieving archived information.
  • Supporting program reporting requirements and supporting data driven program operations.
  • Participating and assisting in special projects as required
  • Telework in home office setting may be required.

Education:

  • Required: HS/GED
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Required Qualifications:

  • Effective administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, cross functional dynamic program environment
  • Proficiency in the use of basic MS Office Suite applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Experience with data entry, data validation, and basic data analysis and reporting (i.e., descriptive data analysis).
  • Excellent reading comprehension and attention to detail.
