Job Description

**Position requires an in-scope TS/SCI clearance and polygraph.

The AA will serve as the primary customer facing administrative officer. Must be able to work with discretion based on division mission priorities. Core Hours for the Business Unit are between 0800 and 1500 with a start time between 0700 -0800 and departure after 1500 acceptable. Ability to interact with many officers from all mission areas as well as provide back up duties to the front office admins, as required. Visits to HQS as needed.

The AA should have Basic MS Excel Skills along with Intermediate MS Word and PowerPoint Skills. In addition, the AA should have complete and thorough knowledge of SharePoint, Sponsor Access Request System, Lotus Notes, Web Browsers (IE, Firefox, Edge), and the internet. The ability to learn the Sponsor Time and Attendance system and Sponsor Internal Communication database. On the-job training will be provided, if needed. Will be responsible for proactively coordinating and organizing a multitude of recurring and one-off meetings and conferences. The AA will assist officers in submitting travel reservations and processing/submitting travel reimbursement once travel has completed via the Sponsor Travel System. Will assess the supply needs of the office and place reorders to maintain office supplies between two branches. Will be the POC for office in coordinating repairs or replacement of office equipment, including copiers, printers and workstations. Expected to greet internal/external visitors to the office with a pleasant demeanor, as needed. ,'

Associates Degree in a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.

5-8 years of related administrative experience.
