Quality Analyst - eDiscovery

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) has an immediate opportunity for a Quality Analyst - eDiscovery:

  • Oversees the quality of the work product performed by eDiscovery Case Managers.
  • Drives quality and process improvement.
  • Monitors QA processes throughout all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
  • Write lifecycle documentation, including eDiscovery compliance requirements related to electronic searches via an email archive tool, process specifications, and production deliverables.
  • Support administrative tasks for eDiscovery

We can only accept US citizens and or Green Card Holders.  The security clearance for this program requires the selected candidate to have resided in the US for the past five years and not have left the country for longer than 180 cumulative days.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years' experience
  • Experience with eDiscovery Archival and Review Tools desirable
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Occasionally performs other job-related tasks in support of primary duties
  • Must be able to achieve a Public Trust clearance
