At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As an experienced Project Manager to supporting the customer, you will be trusted to solve complex IT issues and provide exceptional customer service. In this role, a typical day will include:


  • Experience managing software development projects
  • Experienced Scrum master with documented ability assisting the product owner to understand and manage the backlog and sprint plan
  • Able to provide clear communication of the vision, goals, priorities, and product backlog items to all stakeholders
  • Experience managing stakeholder expectations
  • Experience with risk management and mitigation
  • Develops, reviews, and approves reporting and technical reviews to senior management
  • Demonstrated effective leadership and strategic thinking across contracts/entities.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ensures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards.
  • Proactively and regularly make recommendations for project/process/system improvements
  • A willingness to learn Salesforce from a strong functional perspective


  • PMP Certification
  • Scrum Master Certification


  • Alignment to a mission-critical role that directly impacts the customer’s ability to effectively execute its mission.
